QUALITY POLICY

The Management has established a Quality Policy which:

  • It’s appropriate for the aims and for the context of SPECIAL FLANGES S.p.A;
  • It provides a reference framework in order to establish and review quality goals;
  • It includes the commitment to meet applicable requirements;
  • It includes the commitment to the continuous improvement of the quality system management.

The Quality Policy is attached to the Management Review and is internally released and towards all interested parties.

Quality Policy

SPECIAL FLANGES S.p.A. believes that the future of the company is aimed at pursuing the maximum customer satisfaction. This satisfaction can be achieved by SPECIAL FLANGES S.p.A. which operates in a context of:

HONESTY, FAIRNESS, COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW, RESPECT FOR MAN AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

creating a Quality Management System in accordance with standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

SPECIAL FLANGES S.p.A. Management has allocated funds and has made available personnel and tools necessary to the implementation of the Quality Management System that will be constantly monitored and periodically evaluated, gauging the attainment of the goals set for the controlled processes.

SPECIAL FLANGES S.p.A. must give maximum attention to the customer’s needs and expectations, to the standards and applicable rules requirements and to the continuous improvement of the organization and satisfaction of the customer and stakeholders.

SPECIAL FLANGES S.p.A. must pursue quality in all phases of each process, where each employee is involved in achieving the objectives.

The Management periodically check that this policy is appropriate for the purposes and the business context, implemented and shared at every organization level establishing targets of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
